JP ShawNaNoWriMo: thank you SHEILA!
Okay I have to thank my good friend Sheila for coming to my rescue last night and helping me reach my deadline. I sat on the computer all day on Friday posting, cutting and pasting my work I'd done, since I hadn't posted in weeks. I wanted so badly to post my word count to get my badge. When I went to post though it said I couldn't. It was Sheila who pointed out I had my time zone set improper and helped me to set it correctly so that I could post my novel.
I want to thank everyone who supported me, especially my DH for putting up with my moodiness and my kids for realizing mommy does love them, and that no I wasn't trying to ignore them. I was just--busy--working. Hard to tell a 20 month old and an 8 year old that. Thank the Lord he blessed me with great kids.
I also want to take a time out to post a special thanks to my Bebo fans (all 2) of you for reading my book there and my Facebook group JP Shaw-bringing you sweet romance one kiss at time. I have 24 members who joined to whom I'm grateful for all their support, love and encouragement as I reach each milestone in my writing career. Thanks guys I appreciate it.
And now for the unveiling of my grand prize. My certificate of achievement from NaNo.
55, 242 words and I'm still editing, but finished!
